How does Valy estimate value?

You photograph an item and Valy returns an estimated resale value and a Buy / Skip indication based on the photo and public market data. Estimates are approximations, not guarantees or appraisals — always double-check before you buy or sell.

How do I manage or cancel Valy Pro?

Valy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Valy and use Restore Purchases in the app, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to the Account tab and choose Delete account. This removes your sign-in account and the account data we hold. Deleting the app or account does not cancel an Apple subscription — manage that in your Apple ID settings.
